Founded in 1996, BusinessOnline has developed a strong regional reputation as a leading digital marketing agency. While awareness of the brand has grown, its principals sought to fast-track its evolution to a serious contender on the national stage. To achieve this, I spearheaded a company-wide effort to accomplish the following goals: research and understand the marketplace, develop a brand and positioning strategy, elevate the brand identity and create touch-points consistent with the new identity and messaging.
